Managing Collections

BotCollector gives you flexible tools to track what you own, what you want, and how you want to organize it all. You'll need a free account to use collection features.

Quick Collect

The fastest way to track a figure is the Collect button — you'll see it on figure cards and detail pages. One click adds the figure to your collection. The button turns green to show it's been collected.

For figures that come with multiple components (like combiners), quick collect automatically marks all included parts.

Adding With Details

Want to record more than just “I have it”? Use the Add to Collection dialog for a step-by-step process:

  1. Package selection — if the figure was released in multiple packages, pick the one you own.
  2. Collection selection — choose which collection(s) to add it to, or create a new collection on the spot.
  3. Contents checklist — check off which accessories and components you actually have.
  4. Collector notes — record condition, ownership status, purchase price, date, retailer, and any freeform notes.

Your Wishlist

Every account has a built-in Wishlist. Add figures you're hunting for so you can keep track of what to look out for. Wishlisted figures show separately from your collected figures.
